04Commitments
1% of company equity is held in trust for learners. Distributions fund scholarships and pay royalties to students whose solutions are piloted. If WTF wins, the kids who built it win with us.
Also written into how we operate
9 students aged 14 to 19 hold veto power over any feature that touches minors’ data, and one non-voting observer seat on our board. They have used the veto, and we are better for it.
Our north-star metric is student solutions running in the real world, not minutes in app. We report it first, every quarter.
